Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of The Report Card ("the app," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We keep them short and plain.

What the app is

The Report Card is a tool for valuing sports cards and modeling buy/sell decisions. It produces estimates and probabilities to help you think, nothing more.

Not financial or investment advice. Every value, expected value, "max buy," and probability the app shows is an estimate built from data you enter and from public information. It can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. Cards are a volatile, illiquid asset. You are solely responsible for your own buying and selling decisions, and you should verify any card's condition and value yourself before acting.

Your account

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data; no illegal use; no reselling access without permission.

The service is provided "as is"

We work to keep the app accurate and available, but we make no warranties. The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates, including buying or selling decisions and any resulting financial loss.

Third-party services

The app relies on third parties (Supabase, Netlify, PSA, Stripe). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their services.

Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. Significant changes will be noted by updating the date above or notifying you in the app. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
